Good-looking means someone is appealing to look at, ie. handsome or beautiful. Nice is an over-used word. It basically means "pleasant". A nice person is someone who is pleasant company, without being too much or too little. Sometimes it's also used to mean "good-looking". (Like I said, it's an over-used word!)
