In order to get good sleep I’m trying to get exercise as much as possible during daytime.However I cannot sometimes do that because I’m busy. At that time I will take a melatonin.I was sometimes drinking alcohol too much in order to sleep. However I realize that causes negative effects. After that, I manage to reduce alcohol contents.That’s the way to improve my sleep quality.
