For the following sentence, is it as is your right, or should it be "as it is your right"? Could you please kindly advise the grammar of first "as"? So we're being threatened with eviction? No, you're being given the chance of first refusal to purchase as is your right as a current tenant.

The sentence with "as is your right" is correct. It is idiomatic and totally correct. Similarly, as it is your right is also correct, it just has a slightly different meaning.

They mean the same. Without any change of meaning, you can break it into two sentences: "You are being given the chance of refusal. That is your right."
