Hi,
These look fine.
I would make cars plural because you are talking about cars in general and not just one.
Ae, finish each sentence with a ( . ) period.
Cheers.

Ciao Angela, tutto bene
Looking at your examples, Im guessing that the context is: Person A talks to Person B about stopping the use of a car. With that context, ill type a conversation:
A: You need to stop driving so fast
B: Whats the problem? We were in a rush
A: I know but, I dont wanna risk getting into an accident. If you dont start to slow down, id suggest you just curb driving all together.
In the above example +to curb+ is used like the verb +to stop+
If someone were to explain whats happening in this situation, it may be written like this:
Person A is tired of Person B driving so fast. So, A suggested B curb his/her use of excessive speed.

Your examples look good! "To curb" is essentially just "frenare," "arginare," "limitare"
