This weekend I visited my parents' home and had a wonderful time with them. We ate "Sukiyaki" with great beef in it.đ„©đ„© I asked my mom to cook it because I haven't eaten enough vegetables lately, and I wanted to make up for malnutrition. I forgot to take a pictuređ„đ„
Every time I visit my parents' home, I can't stop eating because everything my mom cook for me is amazing. At first I felt guilty not be able to stop eating, but I don't want to try to lose weights anymore, since I realized weights is just a number. The more important thing is to stay healthy both mentally and physically.
When I go on a diet, I tend to put too much pressure on myself and feel unnecessarily very stressed. I decided not to care about weight itself too much, and focus on staying fit.
That's why I've tried to walk moderately everyday, aiming to improve my mental health!

weights is just a number. The more important thing is to stay healthy both
mentally and physically. (Initially, I felt guilty for not being able to control my eating, but I've come to realize that weight is just a number. What's more important is to maintain a healthy balance both mentally and physically.) When I go on a diet, I tend to put too much pressure on
myself and feel unnecessarily very stressed. I decided not to care about weight
