Yes but you can if you want to legitimately say "I love he." Although it sounds strange and unusual in current English parlance. When you say "I love he" this is a legal pronoun to use. You love he that person aforementioned or being spoke about or pointed to etc. Like wise you can also say "I love she". The woman in my life or whatever.
