There is a lot to tell about my culture but most importantly western people find our marriage customs extremely interesting. So, here I am explaining some of the rituals. Firstly, its not a small function, marriage takes atleast 2-4 days. One unique ritual is mother-in-law pull the nose of groom at the entrance. Bride- and her family members fasts for the day. They eat only after marriage is done. We also sing sarcastic poems to the bride's family like groom's family arrived but you didn't welcome them nicely and bride family also gives answer in poetic way and some normal marriage songs also. That's the fun part.
