The phrase "I would like to" is used to say that someone wants to do or have something, for example: 'We would like to help in any way we can.' "I would to wish" is incorrect, unless what you're trying to say is "I wish I could...".

The main difference is that: "I would like to..." is correct, but "I would to wish" is incorrect... 😉

I would like to is correct and means that you want to do something but you are saying it in a polite way. I would to wish is incorrect.

"I would to wish" seems incorrect. I can't think of any situation where I would say that. However, one might say, "I wish to..." which has basically the same meaning as "I would like to..."
