I don't know what this sentence means. #4. We're going to have a kick-off meeting at 8. I hope to see everyone here by then. #5. For the morning we have two sessions planned. Once they are over, we will proceed to the cafeteria for lunch. #6. Daily wrap-up session is just your free time for summaring what you did and check with each PIC if you need. ??? I don't understand this sentence. #7. When you've completed today's activities, you can move on to your hotel. #8. This meeting room is available to you on a first come basis. No reservation is needed. (Since nothing is served, don't say "first come first serve") #9. What about I check the schedule with the PIC first, and will let you know if it is available.
