An impressive English kid I have to say, I was really really moved by a British boy. When I was in the KFC, eating a little corn, looking randomly around, a mom with two kids walking to the table just before me. The older kid, who is about 6-7 years old, sat on the table quite quickly, waiting for his mom to bring him back food. While the little kid, about 3-4 years old, looked curiously at the environment and didn't want to sit still. After trying to make him sit still for quite many times, his mother finally got angry, and just yelled at the kid with a controlled voice, "Just sit down!". And I was pretty sure that the kid could feel her force through her hands. The mother then walked away and the little kid was crying in a quite voice. He showed a really unhappy face and tried to bear his face in his arms on the table. The brother lean his body forward and said:"Be a big boy, be a big boy." At that moment, his eyes, his voice, and his sincere look made me feel so touched. I think this is the power of the kids, they can remind u something you didn't have but still feel the strength and love from them. Once my step-father tried to make me leave the door. I thought I was just playing, not really in his way. However, I was wrong, he was really angry, and violently pulled me away from the door. I would never forget the force from his hands. That always reminds me that things might not be the way you think to be. At first, I might think that might be a fun thing, a sweet thing, people around me love me, care me, but sometimes they just don't. I wished I would have a big brother like this english kid who could tell me that there was no need to think too much, it would be fine. Or I wish that I had this ability to comfort myself at that time. How could I be so emotional these days? But does emotional feelings help people think?

I felt the joy and depression at the same time I found out a very scary thing yesterday. I can speak some english words but unfortunately I have forgotten how to spell it correctly! When I am in the english class with a local dentist who has retired and would like to contribute himself in teaching chinese students english, I found that he also forgot the spelling of the words. What confuses me the most is that actually I could remember words by pronoucing it correctly, in the past I mean. Now I failed to spell it correctly, does it mean that I am actually losing the ability to pronounce it in the right way? Paniiiiiiiiiiic!!!!!!! I was quite happy yesterday because I met the guys who I met about 3 months ago in an accidental worshiptalk! I am not a christian, but I told him that I was inspired by the thoughts and the talks from a little church in China. After that worship, I couldn't forget the touching that is left in my heart. That inspiring talk is about efficiency in our daily life, the brilliant part is that they relate that with the bible, diggin g deeper in the meaning of the book and our spirit. I told the guys I had kept looking for these kind of worship in Britain. They had a really interesting program called "what are you looking at". They seemed to trust my friend and me and hoped that I could go to attend their talk on that Sunday, but for some reason, I didn't go and would worry their true intention at first. It is a really small world in Newcastle, whereever you go, you can meet friends or you would surprsingly find out that your friend's friend is actually your roommate``` They look happier and more energetic, appearing fresh and pleasant look, which is really a good thing. The talk last evening said that time is limited and you would never know what you would come across at the next minute. One sentence that impressed me a lot was that don't hesitate to give your kindness to people around you. I thought of the roommate in my house, I don't know how to get along well with them. After I talked to one of the roommate about the noise issue and he didn't respond well, I was quite disappointed. I was in a groomy mood and thought that I was not respected and cared. I am being silent, no more talking, spending as much time as possible outside, always putting my headphone on when home. I hate headphone and being silent. What can I say, I couldn't expect a British guy to care his roommate. He might properly think that I am being rediculous. I don't know how to show my kindness. Aint it sad~

Easier said than done It is always easier said than done. I said I would like to learn another language about two years ago, but I just picked a little Korean phrases from the Korean television programs. The excuse I gave myself is that I still haven't completely handled English, it is a shame to start a new one while the first foreign language is learned so poorly. So wait until i get better in english. But three years have passed, I didn't feel any dramatic progress in my english, on the other hand, I felt my english level is decreasing since I have forgot a lot of the basic usages and basic vocabulary. How can I improve my english? I tried to learn some technical words on fine chemistry, I add every new words on my notebook, but I forgot to look at my note book~ I said I would like to go to some beautiful places in Britain. But I am still home checking the train tickets. I fail to make plans. Is there anyone who knows the websites of how to go around the country with cheap accomodation and transport suggestions? I need help:))

About writing Finally,I have made my essay like an essay. But the pity is that the essay shape has formed while i have lost the shape as a humanbeing. After two night struggling with the essay, I found myself spiritless. Everything on my face is dry. My dorm mate looked at me one day and told me:"hmm~ your eyes are smaller now." What!! I mean my eyes have been already small enough, and now, smaller! Some foreigners said that they always thought the chinese were sleeping even when we are walking because our eyes are so small that it is hard to tell whether they are open or closed. That word should be "sleepwalking". I found a guy in italki who usually wrote some notebooks in informal language to express his feeling or described something happened to him. It is obvious from the comments that these style is favored by many chinese including me. He is like a happy elf to bring joy with his chinese notebooks. The most impressive notebook is about how he described the classic chinese novel "A Dream of Red Mansion". It seems that the book is translated to be much more understandable to foreigners, and more directly, more modern. The first time I read this book was when I was about 10 years old. At that time, the book is written to children with illustrations. It helped to know briefly what the story was about and the main characters. When I grew older, in the year when I was 16,I felt that it was an obligation to read the four classic chinese novels as a chinese instead of out of interest. The reading was somehow tiring because there were so many chinese classical words and phrases which were quite hard to understand. But after reading, it was like a journey to a place, there were people with different fate and characteristics and different talent. The book implied a lot. So sometimes imagination is needed to develop to understand. Of the four famous novels, the one i felt the most reluctant to read was "All man are brothers", which is "水浒传"in chinese. Because I knew a little about the fiction from the television version when I was very young. At first the 108 characters are described from different aspect, they are sometimes brave for their brothers, they are sometimes described as scamps. It is encouraging and fun and united at first, but the ending is too brutal. I still can't read that session, that would make me sign a lot for certain and I can't relieve for a long time. I rarely read fiction novels now but practical short passages instead O(∩_∩)O~

A night without sleeping Night is so quiet. It is raining outside and i could actually hear the sound of the rain. I am urging myself to finish the 1000 word essay which would seem so easy to some people, but for me, i have had gone a long way to find the right method to form the essay. writing an essay means to do a lot of readings. what frustrates me the most is that sometimes i spent my sleeping time on a book, only to find that there was little evidence relevant to the topic. writing an essay also means that i have to pay a lot of attention to make citations, otherwise, it could be considered as plagiarism. I don't have an effective way to read articles or books, i am using the stupidest way as to note down the relervant information of the materials i read and then categorize them and collect the relative ones. Sometimes i have to write my ideas quickly before it slips away. It is changing my learning habits in such a profound manner that it could be a really challenge to my laziness. When i first handed in my first draft, i felt so ashamed that i wasted my teacher's time and effort on my poor work that i couldn't look at him directly in the class. I was not surprised with the comment of the draft, more details, more examples and more researches needed! A lot of work needed! My principle of my living is happiness and food啊!A girl met me and asked: "why don't u smile?" hmm~for this, i have several ways to repond. firstly, no one would smile for 24 hours a day; second~ second~ok, i admit that i am really worried about the writing work and myself. what a lazy girl. What can i use to save you? By the way, experiment taken out by FAN. Y.Y. indicates that the power of the coffee is much more stronger than my will

Confusing I was suggested that i write diaries everyday to improve my english about a week ago. But it turns out that i was too lazy to do it. Today, i am going to talk something about what i saw in last week. I saw a young man secleting cigarette tubs from a dust bin, it was so obvious that he had no diabilities nor spirit problems. At that moment, it surprised me that he wouldn't give up enjoying cigarette even in this poor situation. Another man i saw was squating in the corner of the outside of a sore. His head was deeply covered by his arms. Even though i couldn't see his face but the bleeding scars on his head were so obvious and astonishing that by no means could i ignore them. They were not like scars that resulted from fighting but like diseases. He was about 35 to 40 years old. At that moment, i wondered if he was deeply tracing why he would enter such situation. Would he be better if he had chosen the other choice? Would he be happier then? However, appearance of the events could never catch up with the truth of them. Maybe i have been worried too much. Maybe people nowadays care less about their health. It was a shock that i read the news that some British people voluntarily get themselves AIDS and then they can be provided with the free medical treatment. I would never undestand such a thing. There was a hot picture on my news page where a girl was smoking naked on the steet in Nanjing(not sure), begging for money with her dad beside. This is completely speechless. That father was too irresponsible! In china, we may criticize him as having a black heart. When the journallists asked him how he could such a thing, he thought that it was too tiring to work, and making her daughter like that could earn money more easily. Speechless again~

辩论会 A debate Recently, I have been thingking of how to improve my english. I have several ideas. First, read an english book, but i was too lazy that i haven't finished my first english book," eat、 pray、 love". Second, see a movie or watch a serial televition for several times to recite the subtitles down, but i was so curious about the drama and then i have watched more than 6 televisions, only to find that i learned to say "crap" and "shit" when i was in uncomfortable situations. Third, to communicate with many people in english, but i always easily forgot the new words and phrases they taught me, which made me feel terribly sorry. The guilty was like after the kind gave a piece of cake to me but i just threw it back. Too ashamed. So i am thinking a new idea---A debate. In a debate, it involes thingking, speaking, reading(searching for materials) and application, specially on different fields. So``` I need someone to quarrel with me!O(∩_∩)O~For anyone who also learns english or speak english and have some time to enjoy the beauty of applying english on debate. And anyone who learns chinese would like to try this way can tell me and let me see if i can find some partners for u. O(∩_∩)O~Best wishes
