Just a brief description of the film "Zoe" which I've watched the other day :) Recently I've watched the film "Zoe" and I decided to share my impression from the film here. The story takes place in the future where technology and science are present in almost every aspect of life. But still people are desperate to love and being loved and they don't want to be emotionally hurt. So, many couples use technology to find out if they are a perfect match to each other. And there is this young woman Zoe, who is in fact a synthetic, whose job is to help such couples to do the matching test. Nobody knows she is not a human though, except the man who works together with her and whom she secretly loves. So, the intrigue develops when she finds out she is actually a synthetic and the reason why she was created. This is the main plot so far. And there is this idea that robots can evolve emotionally and become better beings than humans in every aspect of emotional life. They are just perfect, they will never betray you, never break your heart, never leave you. They can be your perfect match.

What books/study materials can you recommend to learn Spanish from scratch? :)

Words as weapons

"Words as weapons" is actually the name of the song performed by Birdy. I listen to this song quite often as I like the lyrics and the music. The thing that I especially like about this song is to be strong enough not to let the word blades hurt you and weaken you. I like the idea but it is somehow difficult to apply to real life situations. :( How often can you find the strength not to pay attention to what people say to you with the intention to make you small or diminish your achievements? How do you usually respond?

Mes vacances à Barcelone Il y a quelques jours que je suis rentrée de Barcelone. J'y étais en vacances juste pour une semaine. Je dois avouer qu'une semaine ne suffit pas pour bien connaitre cette ville magnifique. Barcelone bouge toujours, le jour et la nuit. Il y a vraiment beaucoup de touristes. Parfois j'avais l'impression qu'il n'y avait que des touristes à Barcelone et moi, j'en ai fait partie... L'architecture barcelonnaise m'a enchantée! Les rues étroites et belles qui paraissent inviter à la promenade, la mer éblouissante, les montagnes qui coupent le souffle... Un jour je vais y revenir sans doute!

ça fait presque un mois que j'ai terminé mon profil sur Facebook ça fait presque un mois que j'ai terminé mon profil sur Facebook. C'était la décision spontanée. C'est vrai que je ne pourrais pas expliquer expressément la raison pour laquelle j'ai pris cette décision. En fait je comprends très bien les avantages de fb. Au moins, on ne peut jamais oublier les anniversaires de ses amis proches ou pas tellement proches. C'est très utile, huh? ;) Mais globalement on perd beaucoup de temps en regardant les photos et des activités des autres, en faisant les commentaires, etc. Pour le moment je me sens plus libre sans fb. J'ai l'impression que j'ai beaucoup plus de temps pour faire un tas de choses!

Faisons connaissance! Bonjour! Je m'appelle Natalya. J'ai 30 ans. J'habite à Taschkent, en Ouzbekistan. Quand j'ai du temps libre, j'aime lire, écouter de la musique, regarder les films. J'aime beaucoup les comédies romantiques et dramatiques. Je n'aime pas les films d'horreur. Pendant mes vacances si j'ai assez d'argent je voyage à l'étranger. Alors, j'ai visité Paris, Prague, Bruxelles, Vienne, Moscou. J'ai pris beaucoup de photos pour se souvenir. L'année prochaine je vais déménager en Russie avec mes parents. Mon frère et ma soeur vivent là depuis longtemps. J'aimerais beaucoup rejoindre avec eux.
