5 Things to Reprogram your Subconscious Mind.
The subconscious mind is 95% to 99% powerful than the conscious mind, for that reason, we should reprogram our brain before going to sleep every night. Check this 5 recommendations to ensure your success in life:
1) MAKE A PLAN. Think of the things you'll need to do for the next day, set up an alarm, and wake up thinking of your specific activities for the next day.
2)Write and read a note about your personal goals. Our subconscious mind works by repetition, that's why we have to visualize and replay it many times.
3)GRATITUDE. Do not sleep thinking on what you did wrong, instead be thankful for all you have or received during the day. Say thank you to a friend or family member before going to bed.
4)ASK YOURSELF FOR ANSWERS. When you have a challenge ask yourself, what you can do to resolve that problem?, but do not wait for a quikly answer, just ask yourself and think about other options you have.
