Unfortunately, because it keeps happening, I need to point out the following: ** No-shows and late cancellations ** According to the italki rules, cancellations are not possible within 24 hours before the lesson. I understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, so I grant students one exception every three months. After that, the student will have to pay the full amount.
