Especializada en enseñar español a estudiantes de habla inglesa. I have been an English teacher for over 25 years. I started my career in language schools before becoming a freelance teacher. I now teach both one-to-one students and small groups, working with adults and children in person and online. I find teaching Spanish incredibly motivating. This is why I’m now developing this path alongside my English teaching. I believe my extensive experience teaching English gives me valuable insight into how English speakers learn, allowing me to better support them in learning Spanish effectively.

I have taught different topics (from science to languages, cooking and basketball) to different populations (children, teenagers, teachers, social workers, entrepreneurs, homeless people...). I’d describe myself as a detail-oriented and somewhat perfectionist person. These traits have always pushed me to study deeply, but they’ve also sometimes made me feel like I never know enough: I know what it feels like to struggle, to feel stuck, or even frustrated when you can’t fully express yourself in another language. But don’t worry — learning never really ends, and the best part is often the journey itself, not the destination!
