I am very honest in class time, but in the meantime I am very flexible giving at the end of any class some time for exercises, questions and a chat as a listening and speaking practice.

As I said before, I know how hard its to learn a new language, especially all by yourself. I know from experience that having conversations is the easier way to learn a new language.
