There are some heathy recipes people can make home such as chapatti,vegetarian subji,rice and dal.because it is local recipe in my culture and a lot enjoyed people can make these type of recipes.

For elder people they often eat more light. In the morning and night,they usually eat porridge. More vegetables of course. On the contrary,the young people like me,we prefer to eat what we like. Meat 🍖,spicy,junk food. I agree with more healthy life. But it’s hard for me to do it.

I’d tried eating meat only for a month but I had to add some vegetables, fruit and rice or potatoes all that in small proportion almost nothing and I have to say that I just lose weight but I couldn’t go any further right now meat is important in my diet I’d say 40 percent of what I eat.

Me gusta preparar las ensaladas. Muchas ensaladas son muy fáciles de preparar. Necesitas picar las verduras, por ejemplo, la lechuga, los tomates, las cebollas, y los pepinos. También, necesitas agregar los otros ingredientes y el aderezo para ensalada. Ensaladas son muy buenos almuerzos. Además, pasta es muy fácil de preparar.

I love making healthy oat cookies, which are so easy to prepare. You need only three ingredients like 5 spoons of nut butter, 3 bananas and 2 glass of oatmeal. In my case I usually like to sin a little and add a dark chocolate, therefore cookies are much better in taste. Next form mass to small circle shape cookies and I promise you will love them if you try. They have perfect balance between arrangement and taste. So if you need to have some quick to do and tasty snacks for your guests or only for you, they will be perfect choice. Have a nice meal!
