Adriana is extremely patient and a great conversation partner. She makes chatting fun and stress free. She is very good at asking questions that aren't too difficult to answer, yet also interesting and thought provoking. She has been encouraging me to be confident and use Spanglish instead of stumbling over my words, which is fantastic advice and I think has helped me with speaking more fluidly. Thank you Adriana!!!

Adriana was delightful to work with. She listened carefully to my hopes for this class and seemed pleased that I have a little background in Spanish. She even affirmed my accent! She invited me to start a conversation with an Immigrant and encouraged me to explore this person's story further. When we had some trouble with the video platform, she suggested we switch to Zoom and PATIENTLY walked me through how to do this. She extended the teaching time a few minutes to compensate for the time lost to tech difficulties. Se took excellent notes which will be very helpful as I review what she taught me. I am VERY pleased and look forward to continuing these classes with Adriana.

I have studied foreign languages for many years and Adriana is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. I’ve booked lessons with her since 2022. I think what stands out to me the most is how engaged and personable she is. She really listens, and she’s cares about my learning.
