-I have a teaching degree from McGill University, in Montreal, Canada.
-I am TEFL certified.
-I speak both English and French fluently.
-I have been teaching online for 5 years.

I have enjoyed great success as a teacher, both online, and in local schools. Forming wonderful relationships with children of all ages.
I am energetic and enjoy laughing with my students. I believe that if a child enjoys what they are learning, they are much more likely to remember their lesson. This is not to say that my lessons are simply fun and games, learning is paramount.

With my 20 years of experience, I have learned to be flexible and adaptable. Not all learners are the same, therefore lessons must be made to fit the student.
My classes usually follow a I do, we do, you do format. However, I do not like to be the one always speaking, and encourage students to communicate as much as possible. We must use a language in order to master it, and I offer a safe environment for language exploration.
Lessons are 25-28 minutes long.

Debbie is a responsible and polite teacher. The lessons are well organized, and materials are interesting. My daughter enjoys the activities, and she said it was so much fun for the class. I can see her improvement in learning new words.

My 5-year old daughter enjoyed so much from Debbie's class. Debbie is well-prepared to class, patience, and polite. She encouraged my daughter, and could make her stayed focus to the lesson even though it was her first online class. We look foward to the upcoming lessons.
