Jane^^

I've been taking lessons with Jane for a while and she is a very patient, caring teacher. I have already learned so much thanks to her. Jane's lessons are a good balance between learning to hold conversations, learning about Korean culture and grammar. She meets you at the level you are at and, if you are invested, helps you grow your knowledge quickly and substantially. As a teacher, Jane is extremely patient and, though she of course corrects one's mistakes, she never takes them very seriously. I have never felt bad about not remembering something we covered previously or asking multiple times. During lessons, jane reads well whether today's a day to take it a little more slowly or really push forward. I look forward to hopefully many more lessons with her and can totally recommend Jane as a teacher 😊

I'm really enjoying the pace of class, and that we're talking time to memorize and remember the words and expressions I'm learning (telling the time, counting, using Sino-Korean and native Korean numbers). I feel like I'm getting more comfortable speaking Korean, and I'm not afraid to try figuring out new expressions even if I'm often wrong. Jane is definitely one of the most patient and supportive teacher I've learned Korean from! I also appreciate the fact that she speaks Korean slowly, as I found that many Koreans tend to speak one speed only: fast.

Another great lesson =) It was interactive and applicable. Jane is very encouraging so it's easier to build confidence and eager to learn more material.

I just had my first speaking lesson! I have been studying Korean for a while but have a really hard time with speaking and forming complete sentences. Already from the first lesson I can tell that classes with Jane will be so helpful. She’s so patient and the class was really comfortable!
