Hello! I'm a native English speaker with more than 12 years of experience teaching English to all levels, including 6 years of teaching academic English at universities in South Korea and China. I was born in Canada and I grew up in Ireland. I have an MSc in Digital Education from the University of Edinburgh, UK, a BA (Hons) in Photomedia, and a Higher National Diploma in Communication and Media Production. I offer English Conversation, General English, Exam Preparation (e.g. IELTS / B2 First (FCE) / B2 First for Schools / PET / CAE / TOEFL), Business English (e.g. Interview Preparation), and English for Kids and Young Learners. I take a communicative approach to teaching – this means that my lessons are student-centered and often include a variety of speaking activities. We may use photographs, video clips, or short newspaper or magazine articles as the basis for our discussion. I think Jessica is great at teaching English. She gives me fun homework. for example: An eyewitness, writing a fairy tale etc. We read about some fairy tale etc story and talk about the books and the main characters personalities. Sometimes Jessica just asks questions about what I did today or she asks some questions from online like TOEFL exam questions.
