I was seeking a Spanish teacher with clarity of pronunciation, flexibility of mind, and warmth of heart. Alex has all three. I am grateful to be able to explore deep topics with him, and be engaged with curiosity, kindness, and expertise in the language. My weekly classes with Alex are a source of joy, and I know they will benefit my own students as I expand my dream & sleep teachings into Spanish-speaking communities.

Wow what an incredible introduction to this platform— a very personal and creative teacher who cares about YOUR interests, philosophy, and how to expand your thinking in Spanish. I am extremely impressed and buzzing with excitement at the thought of being able to talk about what we discussed in the intro session and am grateful for the time he will spend outside of our sessions preparing. He is clearly a very compassionate and open-minded person who would adapt to any kind of student no matter what motivates them to learn. I cannot wait until the next week :)

I just did a quick introduction to hear about Alex’s method. I think it is a really engaging and creative way to learn and practice. I also think he is really accessible, so if you are curious about the classes but nervous about speaking, don’t worry.

This has probably been the best first lesson that I've ever had on iTalki. I got a great sense of Alex's teaching style, and I think that it will benefit any kind of intermediate Spanish learner not just in improving Spanish language skills but also developing different ways of thinking. I am looking forward to our next few lessons!

Acabo de empezar las clases de diálogo filosófico con Alex. Ofrece una metodología única para practicar el idioma que me resulta más útil que las conversaciones en las clases tradicionales. Los temas interesantes te invitan a pensar, a menudo de forma original. Sin duda lo recomiendo a cualquiera que quiera ampliar su vocabulario y practicar la conversación.
