Hello everyone! My name is Carlos.

Minha atuação como professor
I teach using mnemonics, and I force you to learn with creativity. Not only do you learn the mundane but useful parts of a language but also the cool ones in a fun way. Using weird but memorable examples you put into practice what you've learned. I have been teaching in iTalki since 2016 as my full-time job and before iTalki, I taught English since 2011. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Languages with a Major in English Translation. Nevertheless, I love teaching languages.
👉🏻 Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, I only reschedule classes for cancellation in case of emergencies. If a student is more than 10 minutes late or is a no-show, students will be charged for the entire lesson. Minhas aulas e estilo de ensino

- Requirements For New Students
1. I expect the student to be a committed one.
2. For students wanting to learn Spanish, English is a MUST since it is the language I use to teach.
3. Please have a working camera on your computer and get to know the tool of communication you previously selected.
4. No prior knowledge of the language is required.
5. Your attitude is all. If you have a bad attitude, I reserve the right to teach you a class.
Everybody has responsibilities, and attending your classes and doing your homework are some of them.

I have been working with Carlos for a while, today we pretended we did not know each other well and he spoke no English so I directed the conversation entirely in Spanish and described words I did not know the Spanish for. It was a very useful exercise for speaking to others who may not know any English.

Carlos is a teacher. And a good one. While this may appear to be damning with faint praise, it is the highest compliment I can give. I am part of a family of educators and so I understand how difficult it is to teach effectively. Carlos does just that, and he does so in an easy and very engaging manner.
I came to Carlos after spending more than two frustrating years learning Spanish on Duolingo, and after a few short lessons, things I had struggled with became much clearer. He immediately understood my struggles and built a custom program to fill in all the missing parts.
I am confident my path to mastering Spanish is with Carlos. I give him the highest of recommendations.
