I really enjoy my classes with Laone. She's always patient, open-minded, and has her own unique perspectives. What I love most about her is how she truly listens and offers both comfort and great advice, while also sharing her own insights. I always feel happy in her class. Overall, she's just a wonderful teacher!

I took five business English classes with Laone to prepare for an upcoming exhibition. After I shared some information about the exhibition and my needs, I was already impressed by the very first class. Laone prepared comprehensive and practical materials, and from the beginning, I could clearly see how the lessons were connected to situations I might actually encounter at the exhibition. As I provided more information about my products and the potential customers I might meet, Laone continued to tailor the following classes to my needs. We practiced different scenarios through role playing, which gave me a much better idea of how to communicate with different types of customers. After these five classes, I feel much more confident and much less nervous about speaking English at the exhibition. I really appreciate how well prepared, attentive, and flexible Laone was throughout the course. It was a very practical and valuable learning experience!
