Nozomi-sensei is very helpful and attentive, encouraging me throughout the lesson. I never feel judged for my mistakes. It helps me be more conversational as a beginner, which makes me excited to learn more.

今日、ありがとうございました。 Today I took my third lesson with Nozomi. She is a great teacher. The lessons are well structured but still allow for some talking about sidenotes and questions. Nozomis teaching style is patient and kind. I espacially like the friendly atmosphere, which feels more like talking to a friend, than taking lessons. I definitly am looking forward to more sessions.

Nozomi-sensei is diligent in reviewing the early lessons of the textbook with me. It feels good to get refreshed on material I am familiar with. I appreciate the use of slides, and clarification with pronunciation. I'm so excited to learn more!

This was my first essay correction. Nozomi made useful coments about my mistakes and explained the grammar behind the corrections while at the same time maintaining a smooth conversation.
