Yukie (ゆきえ)

Yukie-san is eager to help when I don't understand something. She takes her time to explain grammar or vocabulary using examples and exercises. We also have time for a small chat and laugh while learning. Thank you!

先生、ありがとうございます! The lessons with Yukie-Sensei are not only enjoyable and engaging, but also highly informative, educational, and diverse. I’ve just completed my 15th session with her and have no intention of stopping anytime soon. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a professional teacher. She consistently provides interesting and level-appropriate materials, and she patiently supports repetition to ensure I fully understand everything.

This was my first class with Yukie-sensei, and she was incredibly kind and warm-hearted. We started with some free conversation to get to know each other, and then she suggested we read articles from Japanese websites. We ended up reading news about UFOs, which was both engaging and fun! I learned a lot from Yukie-sensei in just one session. Thank you for such a great first lesson!

Super fun class this time, Sensei helped me prepare for an upcoming sake festival I have coming up. She shared a website which was perfect for learning sake related items and we worked through tons of questions together and I got tons of reading and vocab practice in. We also tend to start the class off with a lot of verbal conversation practice which I love. It's great practice for me and I hope to so get to the point where I know enough, so I can ask more questions to sensei and not just talk about myself 😂

Yukie-san is a very friendly and kind teacher. She makes you feel at ease to talk and can adapt a lesson according to your needs. It's fun and encouraging to learn Japanese with Yukie-san!
