We have been proceeding steadily with the grammar lessons, and the exercises sprinkled in really help you retain what you learned. Happy with the progress I have made!

Today was our second lesson, and Mayu-sensei's supportive style helped me relax and speak more fluently. I still forgot a lot of grammar and vocabulary, but she was able to scaffold the conversation, allowing us to discuss several topics. 頑張り続けます。ありがとうございます

Mayu made me feel at ease when learning new vocabulary and she is more than willing to give further explanation when required. She is patient and calm which helps when you are trying to get pronunciation correct. 5*

Mayu-san explains grammar concepts very patiently, and has made slides so you will get the information visually too. Very helpful, and effective!

I haven't spoken Japanese for a long time and Mayu-sensei was patient and supportive as I searched for the vocabulary and grammar. She made suggestions to help me form my sentences and repeated back my phrases with some gentle corrections. I would like to keep learning to try to regain some fluency.
