I'd like to strongly recommend Thomas as a German teacher. I started taking weekly classes with him in the summer of 2020 when I was maybe a strong B1 level speaker. Those classes helped a lot to enhance my speaking and vocabulary, and culminated in a Goethe C1 certification this February with a note 'excellent', and only losing 1 point in the Speaking part. Very competent and strongly recommended!

Itaki has asked me to review Thomas as a teacher. Thomas is a very talented teacher who delivers high-quality lessons tailored on a weekly basis depending on what I wish to work on. Thomas makes learning German fun and is excellent at explaining difficult concepts in a variety of different ways. He uses multiple teaching methods to promote effective learning. Since learning with Thomas my German has improved dramatically, even more so than when I lived in Vienna for five months learning German on a daily basis. I am a native English speaker and I can say his English is truly first class. My desire is to speak fluent German and I believe Thomas will get me there.
