Hello, my name is Russell. I am a native English speaker from the United States and I love helping others who wish to learn English as a second language. I have lived on three different continents and have come across many people with various lifestyles and cultures. After having lived in a Spanish speaking country, and now residing in Romania, I understand and can relate to the challenges that come with learning a second language. It is with this understanding that allows me to be patient and creative while encouraging new English speakers.

My teaching style is unique because I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table from several areas of study. I have worked in the fields of Business, Finance, Restaurant Management, Assistant Director in public sectors, Agriculture and Construction. In all of these areas I have been able to successfully educate others. I look forward to offering you a wealth of knowledge as you are on the journey of learning English.

I had my first English lesson with Russell, and it was a great experience. He is kind, friendly, and very easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable right away. We spent time getting to know each other, and he helped me practice my speaking skills in a relaxed and encouraging way. His positive feedback was very motivating, and I appreciate his patience and support.

He has extensive knowledge of the U.S. and knows a lot about American culture. He is diligent, listens carefully, and tries to help improve my English. I really enjoy having conversations with him. He cares about my goals and situation, so I'm looking forward to our lessons together.
