Naeun Lee

Great lesson with Naeun! We learned how to talk about "schedule", and practiced with a number of questions. We also learned about weather, which included several new vocabulary words for me. We worked through several examples of weather, including pictures that Naeun showed of different cities. Naeun is really helping me to learn, showing me different patterns and how to use them!

Even for speaking practice, I like having some sort of structure, so 쌤 and I pivoted to a different lesson style today as per my earlier request, and I enjoyed it very much! I'm not the fastest learner, and I still trip on basic things quite frequently, so I appreciate how patient 나은 쌤 is, and how ready she is to explain anything I ask about. 감사합니다!

Great lesson with Naeun! We reviewed the "introduction to my hometown" paragraph that I wrote. We did a review of the patterns from the last lesson, and we also learned how to combine sentences with "and", "or" and "but". Naeun is always prepared for class with useful learning materials!

선생님 was very well-prepared and came to the lesson with several resources ready (including individually tailored slides + a Google doc), which I was really impressed by! She was kind, encouraging, and helpful, and I enjoyed speaking with her. Thank you for a great first lesson!

Great lesson with Naeun! We started with a review of the topics from the last lesson. I forgot that Naeun had given me some homework to practice "and", "or" and "but", so we did that in class. We also learned another grammar point about "but" and learned how to say "from...to....". Naeun is really good about giving me a chance to work through the exercises, and will help me if I don't know or don't remember a vocabulary word...she is very patient and easygoing that way!
