Hey you! Hallo! Heyla! Thomas here 😄 Want to learn Dutch or Flemish in a way that’s fun, efficient and science-based? (yes, that is totally possible) But… feeling a bit overwhelmed or lacking structure? Then I am convinced that I can help you. But why me? In of my experience of teaching Dutch to 250+ international students, learning 4 languages myself and *sigh* having watched almost every video on Youtube on language learning, I developed a scientific-based, efficient way to fluency that I'm proud to share. (read about it in "my lessons & teaching style") I even went from A0 to B1 in Spanish in 2 months, studying just 15 minutes a day — while traveling the world.

You can expect a relaxed but purposeful vibe — where mistakes aren’t just okay, they’re essential. My top priority is to help you speak with confidence and fluency. Expect a light-hearted and open-minded class. After hours, enjoy the good feeling of the progress you're making. I’ve taught over 250 international students and learned this: the magic happens when you feel comfortable, motivated, and have a clear, structured path. Minhas aulas e estilo de ensino

Every student is different — so I don’t teach with a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I use a modular system built around the most effective sentence patterns, vocabulary and grammar (the 20% that gives you 80% of real-life fluency). We work step-by-step with reusable building blocks, so you gain confidence speaking about everyday topics — and start understanding how Dutch really works. Prefer something more relaxed? I also offer a conversation-based lesson: “Speak Like a Local”, where we chat freely and I give you real-time feedback and tailored phrases to take away — ideal for learners who want to focus on natural expression and fluency. Structure or just a guide? I've got you.

Thomas is making learning the Dutch language easy. He is supportive and attentive, you will practice pronunciation, learn new words and grammar. The reading exercises are adapted to the student's topics of choice. Highly recommended!
