I'm so thankful for Dani! I have never felt as confident and relaxed learning German as I do with Dani. I'm having a lot of fun while gaining skills and improving my abilities. She always tailors content to my interests and to things we have in common. And she makes sure I spend time each lesson on important grammar even when I try to distract from that part. :) Highly recommend!

Thanks to Ms. Dani's help, I was able to pass the A1 Goethe exam. During lessons, she mainly speaks German, helping me train my listening and speaking skills. She also creates lesson material based on each student's level, speeding up or slowing down the pace as needed. She is also very friendly, and is easy to talk to even with unsocial people like me 🤣

For today's lesson, Dani prepared a Google doc with a detailed lesson plan, which included relaxed conversation about the holidays, then an opening question ("Are there any situations in which it might be better to speak indirectly rather than directly?"), which led to a very helpful conversation and vocabulary-building exercise around how we use different phrases to navigate different social contexts. I love how well-scaffolded the lesson was, and as usual, Dani is a patient, friendly, and thoughtful teacher. Five stars!

I am so thankful for Dani. My confidence is increasing and she always meets me right where I am at with learning. Today I was really tired, and she was patient and encouraging and helped keep me focused. After all, when in Germany I will need to speak when tired at times, lol! Her positivity and belief in my abilities is much appreciated. I get excited about every lesson with her.
