First lesson with Sandro was excellent. He was prepared, engaging, had real life examples to share, and asked questions about my goals and current difficulties so we can address them. The best first lesson I've had on italki. Highly recommend!

In class we watch video clips usually on current events or topics of interest. This is in order to practice oral comprehension. Next video clips in English that I attempt to translate to French. I learn a ton of new vocabulary and about sentence structure each lesson and it is fun because the topics are interesting.

Sandro is a wonderful teacher. His classes are fun and engaging, and what I enjoy the most is that Sandro teaches French like it is really spoken. I highly recommend him as a French teacher.

Great first lesson. He was adaptive to my learning needs and I felt comfortable speaking and making mistakes. He was also able to explain things effectively. Looking forward to our next lesson.
