Maricel

Profesora Maricel is very patient and easygoing. I began the lesson by sharing that I had a headache. She suggested we begin with a relaxing conversation, and to let her know at any time if I needed to discontinue. We were able to share several stories and talked in Spanish about Costa Rica foods. I practiced the present, preterite and imperfect tenses while learning new vocabulary. She succinctly explained when to use the question words, "qué" and "cuál". I recommend "La Profesora" without hesitation.

Maricel is an excellent, professional and well-organized instructor. She speaks slowly and clearly, and although I did not understand every word, she made certain I understood what I needed to know. She was also very patient and listened as I spoke my broken Spanish. She provided an organized plan for learning, which I appreciate. She came prepared. She was encouraging and spoke often about building my confidence when speaking Spanish. I 100% recommend Maricel. You will learn in an organized and friendly atmosphere.
