Lilly is a certified examiner and a trained teacher (not just certified). So she is super qualified to teach and understands how to teach well. However, she doesn't make it formal. Instead, she makes it comfortable. It's like a French friend is helping you learn French, but with more patience than any friend would offer. She is structured, casual, and helpful. Lily is one of my favorite italki tutors! I have worked with her for about a year now on my phonetics and accent in her Phonetics & Accent training class. She provides great materials to practice with and really takes the time to explain your errors and how to avoid making them in the future. I have seen noticeable improvement and intend to continue to take classes until my accent is barely noticeable. I highly recommend her Phonetics & Accent course.
