My name is Sara and I come from Trentino, Italy. I like learning foreign languages and I hold a master's degree in English and French literature. I like reading, especially English, French and Russian literature and I enjoy mountain hiking and travelling. I hold a certification in 'Teaching Italian as a Second Language' and I have specialized in teaching Italian phonetics and pronunciation. I have been working as a foreign language assistant in secondary schools in France, where I created and implemented listening and speaking activities to help students improve their oral communication skills and their knowledge of the Italian culture. I have also been teaching French both online as an independent tutor and face-to-face in the voluntary sector. Student motivation is at the core of my teaching practice. Language learning goals are defined together with the student, according to their specific needs and interests. I like using authentic materials during my lessons, such as videos, audio files and topical articles.
