Echo-王老师wáng lǎo shī

She is always very friendly, kind and patient. She is always seeking for better lesson methodology, and very flexible to meet my needs. I can speak much Chinese in the lesson and be able to know not only language but also Chinese culture. I strongly recommend her.

There are very few people who are as interested in their students progress as Echo has been. She is able to balance flexibility with well preparedness. This helps to not only encourage the student to gain confidence, but also to have a structured learning experience that accommodates fast advancement in language learning. Echo also demonstrates self interest in her students by giving them the support needed especially when beginning to learn. I have very much enjoyed my experience with Echo as my mandarin teacher and felt, in brief time, the growth of my Chinese speaking skills and understanding of the culture within. I hope to continue appreciating the well articulated teaching ability that Echo maintains throughout.

Wang laoshi is a great teacher! When taking her classes, she makes sure to use Sign Language that's just a little bit more difficult than what we learned so far, so that I can see if I can understand it myself without further explanation, which really helps getting a feel for the language. She also introduces new vocabulary by topic, and reinforces the new stuff through free-form dialogues, so that it really sticks! She's great at explaining how to sign something, and I'm especially happy that I can use both English and Chinese in her lessons, making sure I really understand everything as well as reinforcing the Chinese translation of sign language words.

She has been teaching with my 9-year-old son for a long time. Her class is fun and induces a child's natural conversation. She's the best teacher.

Echo laoshi is a fenomenal teacher! Even when i dont have much to say, she can always carry the conversation. her teaching style is very suitable for beginners and I learned a bunch right from the first lesson. Out of all the teachers i have had, she is the one i have made the fastest progress with! I highly recommend her for anyone wishing to learn chinese sign language.
