Carolina is very thorough and organized. She's always on time and very reliable. Our classes are conversational and relaxed, but focused and purposeful.

I have been taking lessons with Carolina for about seven months. She is by far one of the best teachers, in general, I have encountered and THE BEST Spanish teacher I have found- and I've had a lot of Spanish teachers over my lifetime. Carolina is always prepared for every lesson and has a plan for my overall Spanish learning. Yet, she is also very flexible if we need to review something or make a change to a lesson or the overall program. I have learned so much with Carolina. She is patient, kind, funny, super knowledgeable, clear, organized, and so much more. One of the best things, for me, about Carolina is that our lessons are always fun and engaging. I love having conversations with her in Spanish and she is amazing at correcting my mistakes within these conversations. As a teacher myself, I love Carolina's teaching style. It is effective and amazing. She is the best out there.

Caro has been very kind and patient. She’s very prepared before each class and she provides an well structured road map for my Spanish learning journey. She will assign homework to help me understand the subject better. Overall it’s been a fun journey learning Spanish with her!

Almost 3 years ago I started taking classes with Carolina. She is hands down one of the best teachers on Italki, she comes prepared to every class with fun and engaging activities. Her passion for teaching Spanish is remarkable, she understands the in's and out's of all grammar topics and is incredibly patient, she will review them until you understand and are confident in your abilities. She is also fluent in English, so when I struggle with more difficult topics she can explain them to me with ease. Our conversations are always interesting and I love talking to her about anything. She has also taught me so much about Hispanic/Latino culture which has really enriched and enhanced my knowledge and my abilities to communicate. In every class, she challenges me in a way that helps me retain the information. I have taken more than 300 classes with Carolina and I can say with complete confidence that no matter your level of Spanish, she will help you achieve your goals!

If you want a structured learning plan from an actual language teacher, then Carolina is for you. Over the past 4 years I have had many Spanish teachers on italki and Carolina is by far the best. On our first call we had a conversation so she could judge my level and understand my goals. From that first lesson, Carolina crafted a roadmap and lesson plan specific to my level and my objectives. During each lesson that followed, we made our way through the plan in a structured and methodical way. She came to every lesson prepared with material in a Google doc that provided structure to learn the topic of the day. If she saw that I struggled with a topic, she adapted during the call and added more exercises to make sure I really got it before we moved on. In addition to the structure and real teaching, Carolina is patient, highly organized and fun to talk to.
