This was my first lesson in Libyan Arabic. Anas has a great sense of humor. We mostly spoke Arabic after the first bit of class and he created a short scenario in the language and showed me the structure of the present tense through examples that we then drilled. I will definitely have to work on my intonation for questions in particular but I'm looking forward to reviewing and learning more in our next lesson.

I had learned some Arabic from specific Youtube video programs. Anas caught that very quickly and pushed me forward. He explains and he has me repeat back, and he gives me homework.
