I usually have a lesson through course book. This time I had a lesson through conversation by sharing each other’s opinion and facts about culture. I was easily able to share and find similarities with teacher Chu. During the conversation, I learned new japanese words for daily life and trends. Very motivating and professional lesson. Can’t wait for the next!

I really enjoyed my lesson. my teacher was so patient and sooo nice and sweet. I was so nervous to talk but she was so patient with me. i need to work on my vocabulary so I can speak more but overall I had a wonderful experience.

I've bee studying with Chu for 10 months now, and the progress I've made has been significant to say the least. When I started learning, the thought of going from a complete beginner to where I am now was such a daunting prospect, but the lessons are always fun and it's more like learning with a friend than a teacher. The benefit of having a tutor cannot be underestimated, and when you find one you click with, it makes it so much easier.

I had an excellent experience of several lessons with Chuhwa. I was visiting Japan as a tourist and wanted to learn some of the language. She was very kind and patient. Chuhwa was always prepared and provided very useful feedback. She helped me understand certain words, but also helped me to put these into context. An excellent experience! I highly recommend Chuhwa.
