The teacher who usually arrived late and left early and losed an average of five minutes per class; Once we forgot to have class, the teacher did not have a word of concern and a left message, and refused to apply for a refund. I signed up for 20 classes, which was enough time for one class per 5 minutes without us. The first package was OK, the second was obviously sloppy. She has not a really American accent and we will never come back again.
