It's so lucky and delighted to have a spoken English teacher like Susan Kay, who can meet all your expectations about what a teacher should be like. Good pronunciation, pleasant voice, comfortable intonation, well-organized studying materials, and capability of using them well and engaging student. I think maybe only in some top-tier universities can you "capture" this kind of teacher :)
