Standard American-English Accent (Berlitz Lingua Award); American Slang Consultant (Sega, KP Russia) Hi, I'm Greg from California, USA but I'm living in Japan and Thailand! I love travel and exploring places. I am an adventure guide and my big project/business right now is a website about the best journeys in the world. I used to work for NASA missions to Mars! I love music, particularly underground rap and underground indie/alternative. I have studied the history of rock and I can teach you some things about it! My favorite type of movie is called psychological thriller. It includes movies like Matrix, Inception and Interstellar. I have traveled to 65 countries and I have lived in Japan, China, Russia, Taiwan, Germany and Thailand, so I have lots of great stories! I have the TEFL certificate and more than 10 years of teaching experience. I have taught all levels and ages in Taiwan, Japan, China and the US. I'm from California so I speak the most standard American English accent. One of my favorite things is to have fun conversation about interesting subjects. Students tell me they are happy to find that I can keep the conversation going comfortably and casually, likely because I can always find something about my students that I'm interested in. I also use fun, interesting articles, pre-formatted in an interesting way with new vocabulary and discussion questions.
