Witty and enthusiastic certified TEFL teacher with 4 years of experience. My name is Adela, and I’m here to help you with Czech or English. I’m from Silesia, in the eastern part of the Czech Republic — a region with a rich and fascinating history that is often less known than other parts of the country. I’d love to show you what life is like here and what you can discover around the area. I’m curious and versatile, and I enjoy exploring new things. You can talk with me about anything — books, movies, travel, life, work, or simply whatever interests you. I’ve had the opportunity to explore language learning myself, so I understand how challenging it can be to learn something new and unfamiliar. I continue to educate myself so I can offer the best possible support to my students. I have a foundation in pedagogy and psychology, and I completed a TEFL course at the highest level. In my classes, I focus on getting students to speak as much as possible. I include useful phrases for everyday communication and work with texts and listening exercises. I place a strong emphasis on repetition and practice, helping you really internalize what you learn. Each lesson is adapted individually to your needs, goals, and pace, so you can make real progress from the start.
