Hein is a great teacher, because he can explain English Grammar much better than the teachers in the middle school. My 11 years old son takes English lessons with Hein and he is getting better in English every day! And my son finaly enjoys English! Thank you!

Thanks to him I have just passed my IELTS exam in the UK on Friday. I started from about level A1 and I have progressed up to B1 (score of 4.5). I highly recommend him. He had supported me during whole preparation for the exam. I will continue to study with him to improve my English!

老师发消息和我说不允许选择老师未上课但是老师已知悉这个理由，给我发消息让我改成other这个选项，和我说如果选择老师调整上课时间但是老师已知悉，会影响他在italki的声誉以及财产，和他上课两次，这位老师两次上课都迟到，并且不备课，随便打开engoo.com这个网站，随便找一篇文章让我读，也不和我对话，并且和我他需要去医院看病所以要调课，但是调课的真实理由不让我写，让我写成other,不允许写老师调整课时时间，老师本人已知悉，让我必须选择other这个理由，老师上课说话的口音很重，并且我听不懂的时候也不给我打字，老师上课的时候使用虚拟背景，我根本看不清老师的头像，我也看不到老师的嘴巴是如何发音的，上课的氛围特别压抑，我实在受不了了，第二节上到一半我就不上了，但是我不选择课时完成，就没办法退课，所以被逼无奈我只能选择课时已完成
