I had an amazing first lesson! We chatted a bit at first to assess my level of Russian, then we did some exercises. I learned many new words and many synonyms for words I already knew. Taras provided examples for every new word so it was easy to understand the meaning from the context. Большое спасибо! Мне понравился наш урок. Выучила много новых слов.

I had such a nice first lesson with Taras! He went over some basics and then helped me feel comfortable communicating right away. He was very patient with me, which helped me feel more confident to try and say more things. He was also easy to understand. Definitely recommend!

Taras is a very kind teacher. My Russian is not great but he was very good at giving the right level of correction so that I both felt comfortable speaking and corrected errors that impeded understanding
