I had about 20 lessons with John, and it was always a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I was quite ill last week and couldn’t attend class on time. According to the verbal promise made by the teacher, if any unexpected situation arises, I should be allowed to reschedule the class. Due to having a persistent fever, I missed two lessons. At the beginning of this week, we agreed to have a lesson on Thursday morning. Tonight, I sent a message to confirm the class for tomorrow, but the teacher told me to schedule it through the platform. However, I know I can’t do that without a refund credit. I explained this, saying I wouldn't be able to schedule it unless I receive the refund credit. After sending another message, I found that the teacher had blocked me.
