I have over 35 years of international business experience, with companies such as IKEA, Nike and Starbucks. I’ve worked in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia and I am a native speaker of English, born in the US, in California. As well as being TEFL-certified, I have a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA.
I've worked with my clients using my own- designed
- training programs,
- workshops,
- lectures and seminars,
- one-on-one coaching and
- tutoring.
My experience with different methods of learning gives me insight into how to best help you.
Think of me more as a learning coach than a 'teacher.' What this means is that the responsibility for learning will be with you. Our lessons will be opportunities to make sure you are progressing in the right direction. But the bulk of the work will be your responsibility. I can’t recommend Leo enough. After ten years in the Middle East, I’ve realized that effective communication is about much more than just language; it’s about cultural intelligence. Leo is a master of this. My sessions with him were an amazing experience, and my only regret is not reaching out to him sooner!
