Masha Allah Teacher Amira is so paitent with me. We have done the begginer tajweed for Surah Fatiha and some of Juz Amma and she is very slow and great at helping if I struggle with a certain word or pronounciation. Barak Allahu Feeki Ukhti!

This was a terrible first encounter: Amira thought our class started an hour later than it actually did. She tried insisting through messages it was an hour later when I had sent a screenshot showing it was at the time I was waiting her for. She came 10 minutes later, did apologize, and clearly improvised the rest of the class. There was no preparation, no lesson plan, not even a self-introduction. She asked me to introduce myselg which I did, and then started asking many political questions that made me feel uncomfortable. I am studying Arabic for use in the political field, but the questions she asked me sounded as she were trying to grill me by eliciting replies that sounded as she was trying to figure out my political views. A professional teacher would NEVER do that. She also shouted every time I made a mistake and would never allow me to finish an idea before she would just shout the correction. I honestly have never felt so uncomfortable during an iTalki class.

Today our class was amazing. Professor Amira introduced me to a song where she explained the details of the lyrics and also the Egyptian culture. I learned a lot in this class and wrote down all the words. We also had a brief conversation in Arabic, and I’m so happy to be able to understand more. God bless you, Professor, and I can’t wait for the next class! take classes with her, she's a person with incredible energy ✅

Amira is a great teacher and explains things in a very clear and easy-to-understand way. Her energy is truly amazing, and it’s impressive. She has incredible patience, and that’s amazing too. I highly recommend taking a class with her. See you in our next class!

My first class with Amira was a lovely, structured session with ample time to practice speaking and listening. Amira is a caring teacher who provides lots of visual support and time to ask questions.
