Hey there! I'm Ed, I live in Cape Town, South Africa. I am native in English and Portuguese. I've been teaching both languages for 4 years. Before teaching, I studied Industrial/Systems Engineering. I've worked as a translator/interpreter. I'm getting my TEFL Certification to enhance my teaching skills.
I love languages! Currently, I speak Spanish, French, Italian and I am learning German. When I'm not teaching, I spend time playing football and basketball, playing guitar, watching movies, or staying active at the gym or pool. My lesson with Edmilson was delightful. He corrected my mistakes and gave me the correct way to say things without breaking the flow of conversation. He asked about my goals and how I want to structure our lessons, as well as my purpose for learning Portuguese. I will definitely book more lessons.
