I believe students should first trust their teacher in order to have a dynamic learning environment. I have become aware that teaching is not really about teaching, it’s about learning. It doesn’t matter how good I think I am as a teacher if my students aren't learning, then I am not succeeding. I recently returned from a 2 week business trip to Indonesia. The trip was a great success due to the lessons I've been having with Zudi over the years.
