I believe students should first trust their teacher in order to have a dynamic learning environment. I have become aware that teaching is not really about teaching, it’s about learning. It doesn’t matter how good I think I am as a teacher if my students aren't learning, then I am not succeeding. This was my first lesson with Ismail, having tried one or two other Indonesian/Malay teachers, and it was lovely. I'll definitely choose him as my teacher in future.
